By MRT / Take the Red Line to Shilin Station, Exit 2. Our office is a 3-minute walk from the station.
By Bus / Get off at the Chiang Kai-shek Shilin Official Residence stop.
Parking / Paid parking is available on B1. If you wish to use the parking lot, please provide your license plate number in advance.

Appointment / Consultation
Please read the following instructions carefully to ensure the smooth processing of your case:

Advance Booking: Please schedule your appointment via the online form or email at least 1 business day in advance. We are unable to accommodate phone bookings, same-day requests, or walk-in clients.

Booking Process: After submitting this form, the notary will review your case within 24 hours (business days). The appointment is only confirmed once you receive an official confirmation via email.

Time Slots: Please refer to the calendar below and avoid busy time slots.

Capacity Limits: Our office meeting table accommodates a maximum of 5 people. If the group exceeds 5, an external meeting room must be reserved, which may incur additional venue fees. Please provide the accurate number of attendees in the form.

Required Documents: 1. The person attending the appointment must bring the original ARC or Passport. 2. The applicant must be a party of interest to the document (the individual themselves or a family member). If a third party is acting on your behalf, a certified Power of Attorney (POA) is required; this POA must be either notarized by a notary public in Taiwan or authenticated by a TECO (Taipei Economic and Cultural Office) abroad. 3. Other required documents will be confirmed when we reply to your appointment request.
